Head chef JT Vuong has crafted an omakase dinner to showcase how our mottainai cuisine has evolved through daily practice of ichiju sansai meals over the past three years.
Our 8-course meal features local fish and seafood along with seasonal vegetables and concludes with a preparation of tea.
